Return and Refund Policy

At Norvexal, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed our return and refund policy to be fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable consumer protection regulations, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and French e-commerce law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically receives the goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
  • In their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The item does not conform to the description provided at the time of purchase
  • An error was made on our part (wrong item sent, missing item, etc.)

In these exceptional cases, Norvexal will cover the full cost of return shipping and arrange collection where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to: unsealed personal care products, perishable goods, or items that have been personalised or custom-made at your request.
